The company\u2019s shareholding structure is composed of three partners: alongside Piantoni, in his role as majority shareholder, are Roberto Della Latta and Rosario Colombini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The transaction marks the start of a strategy of expansion and diversification aimed at strengthening the company\u2019s presence in segments complementary to those currently covered.
